This course is done by Shane Hennen who is a basketball trainer for athletes from the NBA all the way to high school. He trains athlete out in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the Pentagon Center.
In this course Shane demonstrates different drills to help athletes improve their footwork and moves out of the triple threat position. All moves are created to help athletes create space against pressure defense.
